Do you sterilize vans to prevent Coronavirus?

All vans are vacuumed, wiped down with cleaner, and sterilized with Ozone to kill all viruses/bacteria.

Do you offer Airport pickup/drop off?

Our location is close to SJU airport, please contact us so we can work with you if Airport pick up/drop off is available.

Do you have a minimum rental?

Yes, we have a 2 day minimum rental period.

What time is check-in?

Check-in time is 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Check-ins later than 5pm can be arranged with prior notice.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 9:00am - 11:00 am. If you are running late for a reason outside your control, please contact us and we can work with you.

Is early check-in or late checkout available?

If available (determined by us), early check-in or late checkout will have a cost of $30 each.

Where do I stay overnight?

We have multiple 3rd party campsites around the island that we will recommend while you plan your trip.

Can I park my car at your lot while on vacation?

Yes, your car should be parked in the open spaces near the van pickup location. Do not leave your car on a public street in front of or near our office.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days (or more) prior to your pick up date or within 48 hours of booking will result in a charge of 3% booking fee, the rest will be refunded.

Cancellations that occur within 30 days of the rental date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations that occur within the 7 days prior to rental period will receive no refund.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed for an additional fee. This fee is related to additional cleaning for your furry friend.

Is smoking or drugs use allowed in the campervan?


If we use the dishes and silverware do we need to clean them in the campervan?

Yes, all dishes and silverware should be washed for the next guest.

Does a reservation come with unlimited mileage?


Do we need to clean the campervan before returning?

There is a cleaning fee. Large amounts of mud and dirt on the floors,seats, kitchen and/or shower will result in a special cleaning fee.

What are the insurance options?

We offer optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Insurance for $20/day to cover any damages to the vehicle. We also offer Renter’s Liability Insurance (RLI) for $15/day to cover damages to third parties involved in an accident.

Do you have roadside assistance?

Yes, call 787-706-7347.

Do the vans have wifi?

Yes, you can purchase a mobile hotspot for $30/trip. We don’t guarantee it will work in 100% of the places you visit.

Does the campervan have A/C (Air conditioning) when turned off?

Yes, the A/C runs off house batteries or the generator (Winny).

Do I have to return the van with a full tank of gas?

Yes. If the vehicle is not full, a fine of $ 30 plus the cost of fuel will apply.

Does the fridge run while the van is off?

Yes, the fridge runs off house batteries.

Does the van need to be plugged into external power?

No, our vans are all self contained and all lights and powered items run off the house batteries or the gas generator.

Are there charging ports for phones?

Yes there are a number of USB and 12V ports scattered around the van.

Where is the fuel tank in the campervan?

Open the driver’s door and it will be the small door near the bottom of the seat.
